I suggest making a salad with Chinese cabbage and French mustard. This recipe was born spontaneously and took root in our family.

Prepare the ingredients you need for your fancy salad.

Wash the pears well, dry, core and cut into small cubes.

Cut off the required amount of Chinese cabbage and chop it into thin slices. Transfer to a prepared salad bowl. Rinse the dill greens well and dry, chop finely with a knife. Place in a salad bowl. Wash the lemon well. Remove the lemon zest with a fine grater, without touching the white part.

Squeeze out the lemon juice using the jug. Prepare a salad dressing. In a small bowl, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, sunflower oil, and French mustard. Add salt and mix well. Put chopped pears in a salad bowl, fill with dressing. Mix thoroughly.

Serve the salad in portions, garnish with pear slices if desired.
