Today there is an opportunity to find a large number of different recipes for salads with Peking cabbage. I offer my own version of a salad with Chinese cabbage and mushrooms. It is prepared simply and easily. It turns out delicious, healthy and will not harm your figure.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad. Rinse the cucumber well, dry and cut into small pieces. Cut off the required amount of Chinese cabbage and chop it into thin slices. Transfer to a prepared salad bowl.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, after removing the skin from them. Rinse the parsley and chili peppers well. Dry. Chop a few sprigs of parsley finely. Grind a small amount of chili with a sharp knife. If you like spicy, use a larger chili pepper. Place in a salad bowl.

Wash the bell pepper well, remove the core, cut off half of the pepper and cut it into small pieces. Send to the salad bowl. Open a can of canned beans. Drain the liquid through a sieve and pour into the salad. You can use pre-cooked beans.

Prepare a dressing. Peel a clove of garlic. Pour soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar into a shallow bowl, add granulated sugar, ground black pepper, add chopped garlic with a knife or press. Knead well.
