Today you can find a great variety of different salad recipes or come up with your own by experimenting with products. The recipe for a salad with Chinese cabbage and croutons came out spontaneously. The guests were already on the doorstep, and there was nothing to treat. The salad was successful. It is simple and easy to prepare. If you follow your figure or for some reason do not use mayonnaise, you can replace it with natural yogurt or sour cream. To cut down on the calorie content of your meal, use low-fat cheese. Use fresh herbs for decoration.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad.

Cut Chinese cabbage into medium-sized pieces or thin strips. Choose the cutting method yourself.
