Peking cabbage salad PP

After such a salad, there will be no heaviness in the stomach or remorse from a disturbed diet. This is an excellent dietary option that will give you all the richness of taste. Crispy croutons and nuts add "mood" to the salad, and the garlic dressing adds piquancy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Marinate the chicken breast in a mixture of your favorite spices and let stand for one and a half to two hours. After that, place the breast on a small baking sheet and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for half an hour. At the end of baking, you can turn on the "grill" mode to obtain a golden brown crust. Allow the breast to cool and peel off in a warm state.
step 2 out of 9
We disassemble the Peking cabbage into leaves, cut it: cut the more tender parts larger, cut the thicker veins into smaller pieces. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely.
step 3 out of 9
To make homemade crackers, cut the wholemeal bread into cubes. If the crust is too coarse, it is better to cut it off first. Pour the bread cubes on a lightly oiled baking sheet in one layer and send them to the oven heated to 190 degrees. When the cubes are well dried and browned, we take them out of the oven, pour them onto a plate and let them cool.
step 4 out of 9
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces across the fibers. We put the canned corn in a colander from the jar, let the liquid drain, rinse with running water, let it drain again.
step 5 out of 9
Pour chopped green onions, Chinese cabbage, washed corn into a deep salad bowl.
step 6 out of 9
Pour the nuts (in this case, peanuts) into the chopper bowl and achieve large crumbs.
step 7 out of 9
During this time, the croutons have already completely cooled down, we add them to the common salad bowl.
step 8 out of 9
Pour the chicken pieces into a salad bowl, add chopped nuts.
step 9 out of 9
Gently mix all the components. For dressing, mix in a separate bowl natural yogurt, salt, garlic passed through a press and lemon juice to taste. Serve the salad on portioned plates, and serve the dressing separately, or pour it over the salad before serving.

Bon Appetit!
