The salad with rice and tomatoes has a delicate taste and a lot of juice. On the basis of such a preparation in winter, you can stew vegetables, make stews, add to soups instead of frying.

Rinse the rice, cook until tender and weigh the required amount.

Wash the peppers, remove seeds and legs, cut into small cubes. The weights of all vegetables in the recipe are peeled.

Wash the zucchini, peel and peel the seeds, if the vegetables are not young, cut into small pieces.
