First, prepare the ingredients that we will need in the salad preparation process: rinse the vegetables thoroughly, peel the onions and peel the carrots.

Grate the carrots, cut the onion into half rings, and cut the bell pepper into thin strips.

Remove the skin from the tomato, then chop it until puree. So that the skin can be easily removed from the tomato, pour boiling water over it for a few minutes, and then put it in cold water.

Boil the rice separately for twenty minutes, which must first be rinsed with cold water.
