A well-fed winter is a vegetable salad consisting of carrots, peppers, tomatoes and onions with added rice. Is rolling such a salad new to you? Let's cook together! We wash the tomatoes under running water, put them on a kitchen towel and leave them to dry out a little. Then cut the tomatoes in half, remove the stalk and grind them in a blender. Put the tomato puree in a deep saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Then add salt and sugar to the tomatoes, mix well and cook the puree over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Pour the rice into a deep container, scald with boiling water, drain it and add to the pan to the vegetables, then pour in the vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients and leave to simmer for 8-10 minutes. Then add vinegar to the pan, stir, simmer for another 5-7 minutes and remove the salad from heat.
