Salad with salted milk mushrooms

Pickled milk mushrooms with onions are an excellent cold appetizer for a festive table. Dressed with a small amount of sour cream, which pairs well with mushrooms and gives them a creamy taste, they perfectly go with any meat dish and easily serve as an alternative to many hearty salads.

We wash the salted milk mushrooms under cool running water. If the mushrooms are too salty, you can soak them for about an hour in cold water. Then cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
