A salad with croutons and peas is a simple and quick salad that can be prepared from a minimal set of products. If you are limited in time, then you can use purchased crackers, but from my own experience I advise you to use homemade crackers.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad.

Cut the loaf into medium-sized cubes.

Heat the pan well, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil, lay out the loaf, stirring occasionally, and dry. Put the finished croutons on a plate until they cool completely. Croutons can be prepared in advance in large quantities in the oven.

Remove the skin from smoked chicken legs, separate the meat from the bones. Cut the chicken into cubes.

Open a jar of canned peas, use a sieve to drain the liquid. Put the peas in a deep salad bowl. Transfer chicken meat. Season to taste. Lay out the croutons before serving.
