Salad with croutons and crab sticks

Crab sticks are a popular product used in various appetizers and salads. The salad with croutons and crab sticks is easy to prepare and very original, although it is made from ordinary products. The salad turns out not only beautiful on the outside, but also tender on the inside.

Place the chicken eggs in a saucepan, salt, cover with water and cook until cooked for about 10 minutes. Select hard tomatoes and wash and peel the skin off with a sharp knife or vegetable peeler. Cut the tomato pulp into thin half rings.

Peel the garlic, grate it with a fine grater or use a press to squeeze it into a bowl of mayonnaise. Stir the salad dressing well.

Prepare the dish on which you will collect the salad. Place a cooking ring or a split baking dish on top of it. Put chopped tomato on the bottom, add spices. Peel the crab sticks and cut into thin strips, lay out the next layer and coat with dressing.
