We bring to your attention another recipe for chicken salad. Adding chicken to a salad makes it lighter and healthier than a ham or sausage salad. And the natural yogurt dressing does not add extra calories to the salad. Chicken breast and croutons salad is a great option for lunch or dinner!

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, put in a saucepan, fill with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil, drain the water, rinse the fillets and fill with clean water. Add bay leaves, salt and boil until tender for 20 minutes. When ready, remove from the pan onto a cutting board, let cool and cut into small cubes.
We send all the ingredients to the salad bowl: chicken, eggs, cucumbers, canned peas and onions. Cut the loaf into small pieces, put on a baking sheet and dry in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Then we let them cool down and send them to the salad. If you plan to serve the salad later, then it is better to add the croutons just before serving, so that they do not get soaked with moisture and remain crispy.
