You can find a huge variety of recipes for making tuna salads. Today we will prepare a salad without mayonnaise: light and crispy lettuce leaves, some cherry tomatoes, capers and, of course, tuna! The olive oil dressing perfectly preserves the freshness of all products and their original taste.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, let cool and clean. Cut them into quarters.

Peel the red onion, rinse and cut into half rings.

Put the washed and dried lettuce leaves on the bottom of the salad bowl. Next, put the rest of the ingredients on the leaves: egg quarters, canned tuna, anchovies, cherry tomatoes, olives and onions cut into quarters. Add the capers, sprinkle the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
