Tuna and Bean Salad

Bean salads always turn out hearty and appetizing. Beans and tuna go well together. This cold appetizer will delight you and your guests.

The beans should be soaked before the cooking process, as they should be infused for 3-4 hours. You can pre-leave overnight.

We wash the beans, then cook until cooked. This can take about an hour. Add salt at the end of cooking. Drain and let cool.

Cook the eggs for about 10 minutes in boiling water. Cool, clean and chop finely.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes.

Grind the greens, having previously freed them from the stems.

Drain the liquid from the tuna. We send the pieces to the bottom of the salad bowl and knead them thoroughly with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients to the salad bowl: beans, herbs, cucumber and egg.
