If you are planning a feast, and you don’t have time to cook, I propose an excellent recipe for a healthy and easy-to-cook salad with tuna and Chinese cabbage. It prepares very quickly, and the result exceeds all expectations. A bright and tasty salad can be served both in a large dish and in portions in beautiful glasses.

Open a can of tuna in its own juice, transfer to a small bowl and mash well with a fork. Carefully put canned food into prepared glasses.

Cut Chinese cabbage into thin strips and place in glasses on top of mashed tuna.

Peel a small red onion and cut into thin half rings. Place the chopped onion on top of the Chinese cabbage.

Open a small can of canned corn, drain off the liquid. Cover the red onion thickly with the corn.

Take a small bowl of dressing. Wash the lemon thoroughly. Cut in half. Squeeze out a tablespoon of lemon juice, add a tablespoon of olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir the dressing well and pour over the salad. Decorate the top with fresh greens.
