Cold tuna snacks are hearty and original dishes that are suitable for dinner with the family and for parties. The addition of quail eggs will make the salad even more original and memorable.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Fold into a bunch and cut into 3-4 pieces. Lettuce leaves are medium in size.
step 2 out of 6
Cut the tomato into medium-sized cubes. For the salad, it is better to use a firm and fresh vegetable so that it does not lose its shape and does not let in excess juice.
step 3 out of 6
Boil quail eggs, cool, clean and cut each into two parts.
step 4 out of 6
Cooking salad dressing. Mix the oil, lemon juice and sesame seeds thoroughly. Add salt and pepper if desired.
step 5 out of 6
Combine the ingredients into a salad. Put the leaves on a plate. Add eggs and tomatoes to them. Open the can of tuna and drain the water. If the fish is in pieces in a jar, then chop it and put it on a plate on top of the rest of the food. Finely chop the green onion and sprinkle it on the salad for decoration. We water all this with a dressing.
step 6 out of 6
At the end of cooking, we can take a few slices of eggs and carefully lay them on top of the salad for an original serving. Bon Appetit!
