Tuna salad with herbs

This light salad is intended for seafood lovers and those on a healthy diet. Canned tuna goes well with green lettuce, arugula, and even the tops of Chinese cabbage. This recipe suggests adding olives and tomatoes to the salad. It is dressed with olive oil.

My tomatoes and cut into large pieces, as for a Greek salad.

Wash green lettuce leaves, dry with a napkin and also cut into large pieces.

Remove the olives from the jar and cut into thin rings.

We open a jar of tuna, drain the juice and put the fish in a salad bowl. Then, using a fork, knead the fish into small pieces.

Put chopped tomatoes with the fish and mix gently with a fork.

Then add chopped greens, canned corn and chopped olives to the salad.

Stir the salad a little again and put it in portioned plates. Can be served at the table.
