Ham salad without mayonnaise

Salads from ordinary store-bought ham are always distinguished by lightness and tenderness of taste, because ham belongs to dietary products. In this recipe, you are invited to prepare a ham salad with pears and walnuts. It will amaze you with its piquancy and sophistication of taste, as well as its beautiful view. Replace mayonnaise in salad with lemon dressing.

First, prepare all the ingredients needed for the salad.

Wash the pear well, cut it in half and remove the seeds with the capsule. Pears usually have a soft skin, so there is no need to remove them. Cut the pear halves into medium cubes and pour over the lemon halves with fresh juice, otherwise it may darken.
