Ham and bell pepper salad

An easy-to-prepare salad turns out to be quite satisfying and interesting. Bell peppers very successfully show their piquant sweetness here, noticeably refreshing the overall taste. For the salad, you can serve toast or croutons, slightly shabby with a clove of garlic.

We prepare the ingredients for the salad. We wash the pepper, dry it, cut out the seed box and the stalk. Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes until they are hard yolk, cool them completely and peel them. Free the ham from the shell.

Cut the bell pepper into thin long strips. We also cut the ham into strips, commensurate with the pieces of pepper. Cut the cheese into strips.
