Ham and Korean carrot salad

A quick salad that will help out when your husband comes home from work. Often all the products for this snack are already in the refrigerator, you only need to buy Korean carrots. The salad turns out to be juicy, tender and does not require excess salt.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel and grate coarsely. Put the crushed eggs in the first layer on a dish and make a grid of mayonnaise.

Cut the ham into thin strips and lay on top of the eggs, brush with mayonnaise.

The next layer is a cucumber with a peel, also cut into thin strips. Make a net of mayonnaise.

Put cheese grated on a coarse grater on top of the cucumbers, drip quite a bit of mayonnaise.

Cut Korean carrots a little, if long, and put on top of the cheese.
