The recipe for a salad with ham and honey agarics was born by accident, when the guests were already on the doorstep, and there was only such a set of products in the refrigerator. The guests were pleasantly surprised by the unusual combination of products. And now this salad always helps out when you need to cook something quickly.

Peel the ham. Cut into medium cubes.
