Ham salad in layers

The salad according to this recipe will take pride of place on the festive table and will look very beautiful. You can also change the composition of the products at your discretion.

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until cooked through. You do not need to peel potatoes and carrots before cooking.

Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Put it on a flat dish and brush with mayonnaise - this will be the first layer of our salad.

Remove the film from the ham and cut it into thin strips. Lay out the second layer of salad from it, coat with mayonnaise on top.

Grate pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater, leave them for a couple of minutes on a cutting board to drain excess liquid. Then lay out the third layer of lettuce and brush with mayonnaise.

Peel the carrots, grate and lay out the next layer, leave some of the carrots for decoration.
