An interesting and unusual salad can be made from pork tongue and beans. Therefore, if you want to discover something new and pleasantly surprise the whole family, this recipe is just for you. The dish turns out to be tasty and nutritious, which will serve as a good snack for the whole family.

Boil the pork tongue. For this we need about 1 hour. Add bay leaves to boiling water, do not forget to salt. After cooking, put the tongue on a plate.

Cool the tongue and cut into oblong pieces into a salad. Add pickled cucumber to it, which we chop thinly.

The green beans can be cut into 2-3 pieces so that they are not too long in the salad. We send to fry in a preheated pan. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. It is important to avoid burning.

Add the finished beans to the tongue and cucumber. If necessary, salt and pepper, pour over with vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Decorate with fresh herbs. Can be served warm.
