Tongue and tomato salad

Tongue and tomato salad takes a long time to prepare, but the result is worth it. You won't prepare such a salad every day because of the laborious process, but it is just perfect for a festive table. Everyone who has tried it not for the first time does not remain indifferent.

Rinse the beef tongue well under running water. Pour water into a deep saucepan, boil, gently put the tongue in boiling water, salt. Skim off the foam, reduce heat, and simmer for about two hours. Transfer the finished tongue to ice water, peel it off. Cool completely and cut using your favorite method.

Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the fillet with salt and pepper. Cut into medium sized pieces. Fry in a dry, well-heated skillet until golden brown. Transfer the finished meat to a bowl to cool completely.

Cut the white bread or loaf into cubes. Peel a clove of garlic, crush with the flat side of a knife, place in a frying pan preheated with olive oil, fry and remove the garlic. Put chopped bread in the garlic oil, stirring occasionally, fry until golden brown.
