If you do not have a pre-prepared tongue, the first step is to put cold water in a saucepan, add spices. Bring to a boil. Place the tongue in a saucepan and cook for 40 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion and champignons. Pour some vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan, put onions and mushrooms. Fry until cooked through.
