Tongue Salad Amazing

Tongue dishes are considered a delicacy. Most often, beef or veal tongue is used in cooking. The tongue is a low-calorie nutritious product that is delicate in texture and very tasty. I suggest preparing a salad with tongue that will decorate and diversify your festive table. If you have some free time, you can cook the tongue just before preparing the salad. If you are on a limited time basis, prepare your tongue ahead of time.

If you do not have a pre-prepared tongue, the first step is to put cold water in a saucepan, add spices. Bring to a boil. Place the tongue in a saucepan and cook for 40 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion and champignons. Pour some vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan, put onions and mushrooms. Fry until cooked through.

Cut the finished tongue into small pieces.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into medium-sized pieces.

Hard boil the eggs in a separate saucepan. Cool and clean them. Divide into whites and yolks, grate separately on a fine grater. Grate the cheese as well. Cut the olives into slices.

Using the culinary ring, place the fried onions and mushrooms in the first layer on the dish. Place the chopped beef tongue in a second layer. Top with chopped pickled cucumbers. Coat with mayonnaise.
