Here is a recipe for a delicious and healthy salad. Tongue salad is an excellent delicacy, because the taste of the tongue cannot be compared with any other type of meat. If your goal is to surprise guests and loved ones, then the Chinese Tongue Salad is a great choice!

Let's start preparing the salad with the tongue, since this stage is the longest. Rinse fresh tongue to remove mucus. Then send it to the pan, fill it with hot water. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and Chinese seasoning to the water with the tongue. Cook until fully cooked. It will take at least 2.5 hours in time. When ready, immediately cool the tongue with cold water. This manipulation will allow you to easily clean the finished tongue from the white skin. Then we start cutting the beef tongue - it is most convenient to grind it in the form of cubes.

Peel the onions and cut them into small slices. After that, we send it to the tongue and pour the ingredients with a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Take a cucumber, wash it and cut into large strips.

I also wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, clean out the inner seeds and proceed to slicing. We shred it with strips.

We wash the cilantro and chop it with a knife. Alternatively, you can use parsley instead of cilantro.
