Today we will be preparing a delicious and satisfying mackerel salad with vegetables. A stunning combination of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and carrots with tender and so healthy mackerel is a real find! It will take a lot of time to prepare such a blank, but the result will surprise you with its delicious taste and practicality in use.

We wash the tomatoes under running water, put them in a saucepan and scald them with boiling water. Then drain the boiling water and pour in cold water, leave the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes, then peel them. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the stalks and grind them in a blender. Peel the onions, rinse and soak in cold water for 15-20 minutes. Then chop the onion into thin half rings. Peel the carrots, rinse and grate for carrots in Korean.
Put the prepared vegetables in a saucepan, add salt and sugar, vegetable oil, mix all the ingredients well and put on fire. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer vegetables for 70-80 minutes. After the time has elapsed, add fish, bay leaf and pepper to the vegetables, mix and simmer the salad for 35-40 minutes, not forgetting to stir it periodically. Five minutes before the end of cooking, add vinegar to the salad, mix and, when ready, remove the salad from heat.
