We clean and wash the beets and carrots, rub on a coarse grater. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, then rinse them with cold water and peel them. Grind the tomatoes in a blender in mashed potatoes. Pour half of the vegetable oil into a deep saucepan, spread the tomato puree, fish, carrots and beets. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
