Chicken tartlet salad

Salad in tartlets is a very interesting and unusual serving for any occasion. Tartlets can be used ready-made or prepared by yourself. Ready-made tartlets can be waffle or sandy. Waffle tartlets should be filled with salad just before serving so they don't get wet. Sandy ones are the best option for serving, they will retain their shape even if you fill them with a snack in advance. I suggest making a chicken salad. The dish turns out to be aesthetic, tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Peel the garlic, squeeze out with a press. Rub a large chicken breast with salt and garlic. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Transfer the meat to a baking dish and bake in a well-preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. You can boil the chicken in advance.
step 2 out of 7
Cool the finished chicken meat, free it from bones and skin. Chop the chicken finely.
step 3 out of 7
Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour boiling water over for 10 minutes. Thus, the onion will soften a little and the unpleasant bitterness will disappear.
step 4 out of 7
Make egg pancakes. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the spices, mix well with a whisk. Pour a small amount of the egg mass into a well-heated frying pan and bake on both sides. When all the pancakes are ready, cut them in half, put them on top of each other and roll them up, cut into thin strips.
step 5 out of 7
Wash cucumbers and celery well. Cut the cucumbers into strips. Peel the celery and chop finely. Combine the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl and mix thoroughly.
step 6 out of 7
Add spices, mustard and mayonnaise. Stir the salad well.
step 7 out of 7
Fill the finished tartlets with salad. Garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs if desired and serve. Your guests will appreciate the original presentation.

Bon Appetit!
