Salads with croutons and cabbage

Cabbage is a hit among salad ingredients. And a little zest in the form of croutons will turn a familiar recipe into a new dish with an absolutely amazing taste. Croutons can be either homemade or purchased. And for dressing, classic mayonnaise is best suited.

Tip: If you don't like onions in your salad, try replacing them with green onion feathers.

We wash the white cabbage beforehand, let it dry slightly, you can use dry towels and finely chop it.
