Lard in brine with cooking turns out to be especially soft and tender. It is not difficult to cook it, the main thing is to withstand the right time in order to achieve it well salted. A delicious snack will delight the whole family!

Cut the bacon into medium-sized cubes so that they are well salted.

Remove the husk from the onion and rinse it with water.

Put onion husks, bay leaves, salt, black pepper and sweet peas, red paprika in a saucepan and fill with water. We put it on the stove and bring it to a boil.

Boil for 3 minutes. and add pieces of bacon. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat and leave to cool to room temperature. Then cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
