Today I want to share an unusual recipe for aromatic lard, salted in soy sauce. Salted bacon can be served for a festive celebration or any family feast. Be sure to use the recipe and you won't regret it.

First, prepare all the ingredients you need.

Peel the parsley root and grate, break the bay leaf into small pieces, crush the allspice with the flat side of a knife.

Prepare the brine. Put coarse salt and prepared spices in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Stir well until the salt is completely dissolved. Put on fire and bring to a boil.

Peel the required amount of fresh lard with a knife. Cut into equal sized pieces.

Put the bacon in a boiling brine and boil for a couple of minutes.

Pour soy sauce into a metal bowl, add black pepper, dry ginger and pre-peeled and chopped garlic. Put on fire and bring to a boil.

Remove the cooked bacon from the brine, put in a deep bowl and cover with hot soy sauce. Cool completely at room temperature. Put the load on top and place it in the refrigerator for a day.

After the time has passed, remove the bacon from the brine and pat dry with paper towels. Place in the freezer.
