Samsa are hearty puff pastry pies with filling. A very tasty and juicy filling is obtained from chicken and potatoes.

Defrost the dough flat at room temperature. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the potatoes, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Combine meat, potatoes and onions, salt and season to taste, and add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
