Such a cake is tasty both immediately after baking, and also on the second day. The dough does not stale, but the juiciness is preserved thanks to the cherries.

Knead the dough: pour warm milk into a bowl, crush yeast into it, mix until dissolved, leave for fifteen minutes to activate the yeast. Add one egg, granulated sugar, melted butter to the resulting mixture, mix. Add the sifted flour in parts, knead the elastic shaped dough. We make a ball out of dough. We put it in a bowl and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half to two hours for proofing. Divide the matched dough into two unequal parts.
