Salmon in lemon marinade on the grill

Salmon, lemon, olive oil and greens are the perfect combination. Fish with such a marinade always turns out delicious. Before baking salmon on the grill, we recommend that you wash off the marinade so that the pieces of greens do not burn, and the fish turns beautifully. All the details are in the recipe.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
We clean the salmon, rinse thoroughly, remove the head, fins, ridge and cut into fillets. We dry it. We cut the resulting fillet into segments seven to eight centimeters wide. Pull the visible bones.
step 2 out of 8
Prepare the marinade in a separate bowl. Wash the lemon with hot water to enhance the secretion of juice, cut it into two parts and squeeze the juice into a container. Rinse the parsley and dill and dry on a towel. Peel the garlic, wash and dry. We put prepared herbs and peeled chives in a container for lemon juice. Pour in olive oil. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Puree with an immersion blender.
step 3 out of 8
Pour the resulting marinade into a tight bag. We put the prepared salmon fillet, mix with our hands to evenly distribute the marinade over the fish. We press the bag with our hands to the table, remove the air and close or tie it tightly. Leave for marinating for forty to fifty minutes at room temperature.
step 4 out of 8
After marinating, we dip the pieces of salmon in water to wash off the marinade. Then we dry the fish with paper towels to remove moisture after rinsing.
step 5 out of 8
We grease our hands with olive oil and pass our palms over the salmon to cover its surface with a thin layer of oil.
step 6 out of 8
We prepare a grill with embers. We put the prepared fish on the wire rack.
step 7 out of 8
We send the salmon to the grill and cook it for about one and a half to two minutes on each side. The surface should be covered with a light golden brown crust.
step 8 out of 8
Transfer the finished salmon from the wire rack to the dish. Serve hot with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
Bon Appetit!
