Salmon marinated on the grill

We offer to marinate salmon in a creamy herbal marinade with lemon juice. This composition makes the fish both tender and spicy-aromatic at the same time. When grilled on the grill, the marinade promotes the formation of a golden brown crust and seals all the natural juices of the product inside. The salmon turns out to be very tasty and juicy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
We clean the salmon, cut the abdomen and remove the insides. Cut off the head, tail and fins. We process the resulting carcass with paper towels, removing excess moisture. Cut the fish with a sharp knife into steaks about two centimeters thick.
step 2 out of 8
Sprinkle the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
step 3 out of 8
Prepare the marinade in a separate container. Wash the lemon with hot water to enhance the secretion of juice, cut it into two parts and squeeze the juice into a container.
step 4 out of 8
Add ground pink pepper and cream to the lemon juice. Cream can be of any fat content, but the fatter they are, the more creamy and rich the taste of the finished salmon will be. We mix.
step 5 out of 8
Rinse the parsley and dill and dry on a towel. Peel the garlic, wash and dry. Put prepared herbs and peeled chives in a blender bowl. We puree. Put the resulting green mass in a bowl with the creamy mixture, mix. The marinade is ready.
step 6 out of 8
We put the fish in the marinade and rub it over all the pieces with our hands. We tighten the dishes with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for marinating for forty to fifty minutes.
step 7 out of 8
We prepare a grill with embers. Grease the grate with a small amount of vegetable oil so that the delicate pulp of the salmon does not stick and then easily moves away from the twigs. We put the prepared fish on the wire rack. We send the salmon to the grill and cook it for about five to six minutes on each side. The surface should be golden brown.
step 8 out of 8
Transfer the finished salmon from the wire rack to the dish. Serve hot. The best addition is lemon and fresh herbs.
Bon Appetit!
