The Panasonic 2511 bread maker, although not the most budget model, but the bread in it turns out to be soft, fragrant and very tasty. For kneading dough from a mixture of rye and wheat flour, there is a special spatula. Such bread is baked on the "French" program. This model has a dispenser for adding additional products (raisins, nuts, etc.), depending on the bread recipe. In this recipe, you are invited to bake wheat-rye bread with dry yeast and rye malt.

Pour the rye malt into a separate bowl, pour in 100 ml of boiling water and mix well.

Measure out the required amount of wheat and rye flour, sieve it on a sieve and pour it into the bowl of the bread machine. If wheat flour is placed first in the bowl, the bread will be softer.

Then add salt and sugar to the flour in the required amount, pour vegetable oil and malt, pouring them not in one place, but evenly over the bowl.

Close the lid of the bread machine and set the program - "French" bread, size - "XL", crust color - as desired. The bread maker will set the default time. Click the "Start" button. All stages of the process will be displayed on the display of the Panasonic 2511 bread maker: standing, kneading, lifting, baking and finishing, only there is no observation window in this model. At the end of the kneading, check the condition of the dough bun.
