Let's start preparing champignons. To make our barbecue as tender as possible, choose fresh champignons without dark spots. We wash the mushrooms thoroughly and put them on a paper towel.

Combine mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Then stir the mushrooms into the marinade. We cover everything with a lid and leave for at least an hour.
