Grilled champignons are one of the best additions to meat, fish or vegetable dishes, adding juiciness and variety to them. Smoked mushrooms are quick and easy to cook, so they will surely delight both novice culinary art and professionals.

Sort the champignons, rinse under cold water, dry on a kitchen towel. Remove films from mushroom caps. Finely chop a pod of hot pepper. Put mushrooms, hot peppers, dried thyme leaves into a container, pour in soy sauce. Close the container and shake. Leave the mushrooms for a while to soak.

Chop the champignons on skewers. Fry mushrooms on the grill on all sides over smoldering coals.
