Grilled champignons with cheese and garlic

Grilled mushrooms are a quick snack that can be prepared in 15 minutes. The mushrooms go well with the garlic and cream cheese filling, which gives the mushrooms an amazing creamy flavor. The pieces of bacon in which the champignon caps are wrapped perfectly complement the mushrooms with their flavor and crispy, smoky crust.

We wash the champignons under running water, put them on a paper towel so that they dry out a little.

Using a sharp knife, carefully separate the caps from the legs so that a depression forms in the mushrooms.
