Grilled champignons with sour cream and garlic

Champignons - although low-calorie mushrooms, they are quite satisfying. Champignon shashlik will replace meat and many may like it even more than the latter.

Rinse the mushrooms, peel the caps and dry them a little.

Put sour cream in a deep bowl and salt.
