For those who do not eat meat, I highly recommend cooking fragrant mushrooms on the grill in foil. This appetizing dish is full of pleasant aromas from spices that you want to eat even raw, but when cooked it is just a delicacy for gourmets!

Make a fire and let the coals burn. In the meantime, rinse the young mushrooms thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

Prepare the marinade. Rinse the greens thoroughly and shake off excess moisture, finely chop with a sharp knife. Peel the garlic, rinse and chop with a knife, grate on a fine grater or pass through a press. Put in a deep bowl, add turmeric, salt, sour cream and black pepper. Mix well.
