This is a very simple recipe that will always make you very juicy mushrooms. It is important to choose thick, not necessarily fatty sour cream so that it does not drip from the mushrooms during cooking.

Wash the champignons well, wipe with paper towels, clean the caps if necessary.

Transfer the mushrooms to a deep bowl, add sour cream, tomato paste, salt and spices, stir, make sure that the sauce also gets under the caps. If the mushrooms are large, more sour cream and pasta can be added.
