Cooking process
We start cooking by cleaning the mushrooms from dirt. To do this, pour warm water into a large, deep bowl and soak the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Next, carefully separate the legs from the hats. We do this in order to preserve the integrity of the mushroom and not break it when placing the mushrooms on the wire rack. Gently wash the mushrooms under water.
Let's start preparing the marinade. Pour the mushrooms with mayonnaise, soy sauce and add a little olive oil. We add oil to make the mushrooms ruddy and look even more appetizing. Add salt, ground pepper, rosemary and oregano to the mushrooms to taste. When adding salt, it is important to keep in mind that the mayonnaise already contains it. Gently and thoroughly mix the mushrooms, making sure that the marinade is evenly distributed over the mushrooms. Leave the mushrooms in the marinade for 20 minutes. While the mushrooms are pickling, you can light the coals.
