Dishes from champignons, as mushrooms available throughout the year, are especially popular, and cooked in sour cream sauce and on charcoal coals, they always turn out to be very aromatic and incredibly tasty. This dish (shish kebab) competes with traditional meat shish kebab.

Champignons, preferably large, rinse well under running water and cut off part of the stalk.
