Champignons in soy sauce with garlic on the grill

Summer is the time for outdoor recreation and, of course, barbecue. I offer you a simple, quick and very tasty option of barbecue of champignons on the grill in a soy sauce-based marinade.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First, we peel the mushrooms from the skin (this way they marinate better). We wash them and, if desired, separate the legs from the hats.
step 2 out of 6
Then we prepare the marinade. To do this, mix soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, honey (if you don't like mixing flavors in an oriental manner, you can neglect this ingredient), French mustard and, if desired, paprika. Do not forget to add vegetable oil, it envelops the mushrooms and allows them to remain juicy after frying.
step 3 out of 6
Place the prepared mushrooms in a bag (you can use either a vacuum or an ordinary plastic bag) and fill them with marinade. We close or tie the bag and turn it gently to allow the marinade to be evenly distributed. Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 30 minutes. During pickling, it is advisable to stir the mushrooms in a bag 2-3 times more.
step 4 out of 6
Put the pickled mushrooms on the wire rack and send them to the grill.
step 5 out of 6
Turning the wire rack periodically, cook the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
We remove the ready-made champignons from the wire rack into a plate and eat with pleasure. Usually they are the first to "fly away" from the table!
