Charlotte is a fairly popular and beloved dessert by all sweet tooths. There are a great variety of recipes for this cake: both desserts and main non-sweet dishes, with berries and fruits. The uniqueness of this recipe is that charlotte is cooked with whole grain flour. Charlotte turns out to be very tasty, and differs from the usual only in the color of the dough.

Set the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. Prepare the necessary products for the charlotte. Pour kefir, vegetable oil, lemon juice into a deep container. Add eggs, a pinch of salt and granulated sugar.

In a separate bowl, combine whole grain flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour into the liquid mass in several steps, stirring gently.

Wash the apples, peel and core. Cut into medium cubes. Transfer the apples to the dough, stir well so that the apples are evenly distributed over the dough.

Grease the prepared baking dish with a little oil (if the baking dish is silicone, you do not need to grease it). Transfer the dough and spread well over the mold, smoothing out with a silicone spatula. Place the mold in the oven for 45 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.
