Charlotte can be made more useful if wheat flour is replaced with corn flour. Corn flour will give the cake a beautiful color and make it equally tasty and delicate in texture. It is nice to add such a charlotte to a family tea party.

At the very beginning of cooking, combine the three components - eggs, granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Use a mixer to mix all the ingredients thoroughly and to get a smooth finish. After kneading, the dough should not be very thick, about the consistency of medium-fat sour cream.

Let's prepare the filling. Wash apples, cut and peel them. Then cut into wedges. At this stage, you can already turn on the oven for heating.

The baking dish used must be greased with butter. Put part of the prepared filling on the bottom of the form.
