We put the form with dough and apples in an oven preheated to 190 degrees on a medium level and bake for 40-50 minutes. Charlotte should noticeably increase in volume and become golden. After the specified baking time, we take out the finished product and let it cool right in the mold, since if you remove the charlotte hot, it can be damaged, because the dough is very tender.
