Charlotte on kefir with semolina and apples

Mannik on kefir is a common dessert that has been known to us since childhood. The pie turns out to be very tasty and is eaten in a matter of minutes. Even a novice cook will work out a simple recipe. Those with a sweet tooth who do not like semolina will not even notice the hated semolina in the pie and will ask for more.

Prepare the required ingredients. Pour semolina, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar into a deep bowl, fill with kefir. And leave to swell for 30 minutes.

Wash the apples well, peel and core. Grate on a coarse grater or cut in any way, but smaller is better. Move the apples to a container and fill with lemon juice, mix well so that the apples do not darken.

Add chicken eggs to the swollen semolina, mix well, pour in baking powder, stir the resulting dough. Add pre-prepared apples, stir thoroughly so that the apples are evenly distributed in the dough.
