Kefir charlotte with baking powder is a fragrant and fluffy homemade pie. The most delicate dough and delicious baked apples with a pleasant sourness simply melt in your mouth. It is impossible to tear yourself away from such a delicacy.

We heat the kefir to a slightly warm state, mix it with flour and baking powder.

Beat the eggs with sugar until a firm thick mass using a mixer. We mix protein and kefir masses.

Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into slices.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour half of the dough, level it and put a layer of apples on top. Then fill the dough again and decorate the top with the remaining apple slices. We put the charlotte in the oven for 40 minutes. In 15 min. grease the top with butter until tender.
